To qualify for a full refund, all goods should be returned within seven days of receipt by the purchaser at their cost.

All Goods should be unused and returned to the address below in it’s original packaging.

Should we receive any returned goods which are found to have been assembled, operated or used in any way, our 25% re-stocking fee will apply.

Once the goods have been received by ourselves and checked according to the refunds policy, a refund will be processed via the payment system used to take the initial payment.
